This schedule differs from the standard calendar year. Memberships are aligned with our financial year and are not prorated based on the date of joining.

Members are encouraged to keep this timeframe in mind when joining or renewing their membership to ensure a full understanding of their benefits and payment periods.

Membership in the Elite Friendship Club requires the payment of membership fees, which are as follows:

For Membership Fee Payers: If you have paid the Fee of £30, there are no further charges upon cancellation. However, the Membership Fee is non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

Membership Fee: The £30 Registration Fee is non-refundable.

If you cancel your membership during a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for that period of time that the membership fee applies to.

Membership benefits are subject to change at the discretion of the Club.

7. Travel information and Insurance

1. Mandatory Travel Booking Through Elite Friendship Club

All holiday bookings for Elite Friendship Club members must be made exclusively through Elite Friendship Club. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the nullification of your membership. No refunds for membership fees will be provided in such cases.

Elite friendship club has dedicated significant effort in securing exceptional holiday packages at competitive prices. Our offerings extend beyond traditional vacations,providing unique experiences and exclusive benefits. To ensure you have access to these exclusive opportunities, we kindly request that all holiday bookings are made through our designated channels.

By cooperating with this policy you not only secure your membership but also continue to enjoy the full range of privileges and benefits that Elite Friendship Cluboffers.

All travellers booking a holiday with an Elite Friendship Club organiser must have adequate travel insurance in place. This is especially important for those with pre-existing medical conditions. Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Any insurance claims cannot be handled by Elite Frienndship Club as any insurance purchased for your travel is a contract made directly between you and the insurance company.

2. Pre-Existing Medical Conditions

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, it is crucial to disclose this information to your insurance provider and to the Elite Friendship Club organiser at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in your insurance claim being denied or your booking being cancelled.

3. Booking through an Organiser

If you have booked your holiday through one of our authorized organisers, they will be responsible for making bookings and changes on your behalf. However, please note that the contract for your holiday will be between the organiser and the travel provider.

4. Organiser-Booked Holidays:

When an organiser books a holiday on your behalf and at your request using their payment method, the contract will be between the organiser and the holiday provider. This may be necessary if you are unable to book the holiday yourself due to health or other reasons. You must provide the organiser with all necessary information before they can proceed with the booking.

The organiser incurs administrative and processing costs when making bookings, handling changes, and processing refunds for member holidays. Holiday companies all have differing fees for any changes made to any booking. Costs vary from company to company and hotel to hotel.

These costs may include but are not limited to fees associated with reservation systems, communication expenses, and their time. Such costs will be deducted from any refund issued to the member. You agree to these terms when you engage the organiser to make arrangements on your behalf.

5.Understanding Group Bookings With Elite Friendship Club Holidays:

At Elite Friendship Club, we take pride in organising exciting group holidays that allow our members to explore new destinations while enjoying great company. Our goal is to have as many members as possible join these fantastic experiences, creating wonderful shared memories.

However, it is important to note that group numbers may fluctuate due to circumstances beyond our control. While we aim to maintain steady participation, unforeseen changes can occur. In some cases, numbers may increase as more members express interest, while in others, they may decline. A decline can happen for various reasons, including unexpected health-related appointments or illness that prevents members from attending.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility when these changes arise. The Elite Friendship Club management team works hard to ensure that each trip runs smoothly, regardless of the number of attendees. Your support helps us continue offering enjoyable and fulfilling holiday experiences for all.

6.Tour Leaders on Elite Friendship Club Holidays:

Elite Friendship Club strives to provide well-organised and enjoyable trips for all our members. While we do our best to appoint a Tour Leader for each organised holiday, there may be occasions when this is not possible.

Due to time constraints, specific tour restrictions, or unforeseen health-related circumstances, a Tour Leader may not always be available. When this happens, we sincerely apologise and understand that it may be disappointing. Unfortunately, in some cases, we may not be able to provide advance notice of these changes.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation in such situations and remain committed to ensuring your holiday experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Thank you for being a valued part of the Elite Friendship Club.

8. Termination of Membership

The Club reserves the right to terminate your membership if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions or engage in any behaviour deemed inappropriate by the Club. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any fees paid.

9. Use of Name and Brand Representation

9.1. Independent Operation

Elite Friendship Club.com is an independent, privately owned business entity. While the business may use third-party platforms (such as Meetup & other methods) to promote its services, it is not affiliated with nor does it operate as a Meetup group or any third-party community platform.

9.2. Prohibited Use of Name and Representation

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

a. The creation, administration, or promotion of any group, page, chat, or online forum using the name “EliteFriendshipClub,” “EliteFriendshipClub.com,” or any similar or derivative name, whether intentionally or unintentionally misleading.

b. The formation of social groups—online or offline—intended to imply endorsement by or association with Elite Friendship Club, regardless of the platform (including but not limited to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, or email lists).

c. Representing, impersonating, or suggesting affiliation with Elite Friendship Club in any medium, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, private messages, or social media posts.

d. Using the name Elite Friendship Club in any context that could be reasonably interpreted as defamatory, negative, or harmful to the brand’s reputation.

9.3. Consequences of Violation

Any member found to be in breach of this section shall be subject to the following actions:

a. Immediate termination of membership.

b. Revocation of all associated membership benefits.

c. Forfeiture of any and all membership fees paid, without refund.

d. Potential legal action where the use of the name causes reputational or financial harm to the Company.

9.4. Enforcement

Violations brought to the attention of the Elite Friendship Club management team will be investigated promptly.Elite Friendship Club management reserves the sole right to determine whether a violation has occurred and to enforce appropriate penalties without prior warning.

10. Changes to Fees and Terms

The Club reserves the right to modify membership fees, benefits, and these terms and conditions at any time. Continued membership after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
